STONEHENGE

One of the reasons why people know nothing much about any zodiac lays in its secret military application. From times immemorial, the king's astrologer would predict the movements of the troops with ease. For best results, countries would launch attack at an appropriate time. Black magick was copiously used whether in hiding troops from sight, putting an enemy into mortal disadvantage or turning men into stone and vice-versa.  

ARA

During the Iraq campaign, simple astrological projections have anticipated the movement of troops even in the borderline areas. Ara stood for main mosque. The bombardment and primary movement of troops could be traced across the horoscope wheel. In military astrology, giant comets mark the main assault path while the ascendant ephemeris renders the minute of the attack. Thus, in WW3, a corvine moon marks the minute of its start.

Often, the king would know how to divine for himself, as well as when to get rid of the most dangerous of astrologers. From the Chinese emperors to Hitler, astrologers would find death due to many reasons. Either they knew too much or they were about to learn too quickly. Of course, every one of the warring states had its own shaman. Therefore, at any time, any state could prevail in changing the futurities of other states. Black magick was thus associated with astrology. Nowadays, astrology may be a superstitious pastime for the poor, but at one time it determined the world order.

Surely, one armed with 12 signs is helpless. Such a poor fellow will hardly change any order, as one already lives in disorder. Thus, our Masonic forefathers could not even use a telescope at Philadelphia. If they could, they would have to account for Serpens Cauda rising as eastern ascendant at the birth of their new nation. Surely, Mexican heraldry combines Aquila and Serpens in a most exquisite way for all parties involved. In our next PAX MEXICANA series, we shall deal with this dichotomy in detail.
